what do you mean – your patient – there are many forms of anemia with many more causes – the kidneys bone marrow and liver are important – is the patient on treatment for hep – does the patient have liver damage – cirrhosis can affect kidneys and gallbladder – so these conditions could be associated with anemia – down 10 points is very low – any intervention taken – more info would help – type of anemia – current meds – other conditions present – check kidney function – etc
