As we posted yesterday, Scalini’s Restaurant is well known for their Eggplant Parmesan, primarily because over 900 babies have been born after pregnant moms ate it! So last night we loaded up the family into the van and took a trip across town to Scalini’s. Here’s the video of our exploits. Enjoy!
