Can EFT help someone that doesn’t really want any help or is very skeptical?

Yes, EFT will work even if a person is skeptical! I encourage anybody, especially people skeptical of this method, to try it with a skilled practitioner. Not only is it satisfying to get the results you wanted, but you learn a fundamental life lesson — there are many things of tremendous value if only you are willing to try them. Regarding people who “don’t really want help,” I’ve never met a person who doesn’t want relief from the problems that block them from health and happiness. However, the attitude of not really wanting help, or being highly resistant to it, is simply a psychological screen of protection. In my opinion, EFT, when done artfully, is one of the most effective tools for identifying and safely clearing this defensive, sabotaging posture.
