Can Echinacea tablets be used as food supplement?
Taking Echinacea pills would be perfectly fine to use in addition to food as long as you use them within the proper recommendations. It’s great for boosting the immune system, but it shouldn’t be used too long because it can boost the immune system too much to the point where it can start attacking normal bodily processes. You can take them a few times a week to boost the immune system for a longer timeframe, but they don’t help with exercise or anything like that… I’m not sure if I’m misunderstanding that part of the question or not.
