Can eating baby food cause an adult to gain weight?

Well, if you eat too much it will. However, there is nothing particularly special about baby food. Baby food has calories just like other foods. However, so long as you keep burning more calories than you consume you won’t gain weight in fat. Just keep track of the calories you eat (check the packages for calorie info) and make sure you don’t overeat it or any other food high in calories. In fact, I’ve known more than one adult who actually liked baby food and ate it as an occasional snack.
