Can easyDNS register and provide DNS service for .US domains?

Unfortunately we cannot be the registrar for .US domains, but can provide them with DNS service. There is one potential problem relating to the .US registry policy stating that .US domains can only be delegated to nameservers that are physically located within the continental United States. Only two of the five easyDNS nameservers (remote1.easyDNS.com & remote3.easyDNS.com) are located in the United States, and we do not at this time know how the .US registry will react to domains with foreign nameservers. easyDNS cannot be responsible for any actions taken by the .US registry against .US domains that are delegated to our nameservers.
