A. Yes. Earth Bamboo® flooring can be laid over any existing surface as long as the surface is level, dry, clean & stable (refer to Installation Guidelines under “Installation and Maintenance”). Suitable substrate surfaces include concrete, tiles, existing timber floors, plywood, particle board etc.
