Yes, apply furrier strips over the concrete blocks on 24 – 36 centers to provide screw connection points. A pack out on the corners may be necessary for the corner systems and some additional work around windows and doors, but overall the e-log can easily be applied over concrete or cinder block structures providing a very dramatic new log home look.
