Can dust and dirt impair the functioning of the threshold?
A. No. Both the internal and external thresholds have magnetic strips, which can be easily removed and cleaned, normally with a damp cloth. The Threshold’s channel can be vacuum cleaned effortlessly. During construction work, an additional aluminium cover strip protects the external threshold on site ensuring that no dirt or grit hinders the functioning of the threshold. When all construction work is completed the aluminium protective cover strip is removed and the magnets replaced.
