Yes! Both cranberry juice and yogurt may help prevent the occurrence of yeast infections AND aid in their treatment. Yeast feeds off of sugar, so be sure to read labels carefully for sugar content. Most brands of cranberry juice are sweetened, and most yogurts are loaded with sugar. Look for unsweetened cranberry juice and yogurts with less than 15-20 grams of sugar per serving.
