Yes. Dr. Watson can operate in a DOS window in Windows 95. To do so requires NDIS3PKT, a software shim that allows Dr. Watson to share the NDIS 3 device driver with other networking software (such as the Microsoft TCP/IP stack) that may also be running. With this shim, Dr. Watson may run simultaneously with other networking software on Windows 95. It is recommended, but not necessary, that DWTNDA use a different IP address than the Windows 95 system.
