Yes, transfer credit can count toward program requirements. The official transfer process typically happens at the close of “End of Year Reviews,” and typically requires that you bring syllabi from the courses in question to compare with the Department’s own. Students who get exempted from HBHE 130 or 250 can ask to transfer previous credits from a similar class.
