Yes. DNA paternity testing can be done before the baby is born through chorionic villus sampling (CVS) as early as the tenth week of pregnancy or about the fifteenth week with amniocentesis. However, amniocentesis may also be used for sex determination of the baby which is banned by law. So, it is quite likely to have some regulatory laws for such tests.
