Can DNA help reducing my risks on losses from credit card fraud?
DNA provides alert service through either mobile short message, pager or e-mail. As a user joins our DNA service and gets his/her own preferences on the service, such as notification through mobile short message when the amount of transaction exceeds $400, he/she will receive a notification when a transaction occurs. If the user finds the information provided by DNA is correct, he/she can enjoy a secure transaction alert service. On the other hand, if a user receives a notification when he/she has not authorized the transaction, the message appeared as an unmatched information such as the amount of transaction is larger than the actual transaction amount, or appears as repeated transactions, then, the user should report to the card center about the unauthorised use of his/her credit card and prevent further loss on fraudulent transactions.
