Can Divisions buy equipment for RACFs under the Panels Initiative, and if so – who owns the equipment?
Divisions are able to purchase equipment using Panels funding providing the equipment is not already funded for under the Aged Care Legislation. Any equipment purchased will remain the property of the Division. Divisions should note the clauses regarding assets in the MPA when considering using program funds to purchase equipment.
