From what I know it’s fine to take diphenhydramine with ibuprophen. One is a common OTC analgesic and the other is a common anti-histimine/sleep aid. Unless you are allergic to either medication you shouldn’t notice any adverse effects. I have taken the two drugs together on several occasions. But, let me be clear, I AM NOT A DOCTOR, THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.
