Can Dinar (IQD) become invalid if the government (Political) change?

In 2003, when in Iraq government decided to change its Saddam currency, people would have to change the old notes to new notes. Basically, the old notes are exchange to new notes in Iraq Banks or any available Money Exchange counters outside of Iraq. We believe the procedures will remain the same if there are any changes in future. New rates are determined by Iraq Central Bank.
