Can Digital Solutions upgrade my system in the future when newer hardware becomes available?
Definitely! Our policy on hardware upgrades is designed to help our customers keep their Performance Series current without breaking the bank. If a customer has previously purchased a full system from us, and they are comfortable with upgrading their own system hardware, we would be more than happy to supply the upgrade hardware at reduced prices. If a customer is not comfortable with doing his/her own upgrades and would like us to perform a hardware upgrade, we will do so. The customer just sends his/her system back for an upgrade, we not only install the new hardware, we clean and re-cable the entire system, and provide the customer with a new Recovery CD set to reflect the new software and drivers installed. We do not ask that a customer pays a labor fee for upgrades if the system is within the warranty period.
