Can different software revisions work together?

Yes. Pro700 has two software revisions and the stations are marked accordingly on the acceptance tag. The previous revision was Rev B, and the present revision is Rev C. The positions of the programming switches on switch package U3 inside the stations are different for the two revisions. The new features in Rev C stations will of course only work from Rev C stations. But Rev B and Rev C stations can together use all features available in Rev B. However, if the new feature “Silent Alarm” shall be used, then all stations must be Rev C.
