I get a lot of questions about whether sexual positions can help determine your baby’s gender and, if so, which positions will get you a boy and which will get you a girl? How Sexual Positions Help Determine Your Baby’s Sex: Before I get into how sexual positions work (and which work best), I want to explain to you how this comes into play. In essence, your baby’s gender is only determined by one thing – which sex chromosome fertilizes your egg first. If a Y gets the job done, then you’ll get a boy. If an X gets there first, you’ll get a girl. However, there is A LOT that goes into who wins that race. The racers in this scenario are very different. The Y or boy sperm are incredibly weak. If you want a girl, this is good to know because there are some pretty easy things that you can do to help
