We intentionally managed the level of sugar in POMx Tea so everyone can enjoy a glass, including diabetics. We designed POMx Tea to be more slowly metabolized. A full 13.5-ounce glass equals a 1.5 exchange. But of course, you should consult with your physician if you have any concerns.
