Can departments join their printers to VolPrint?

Yes. The cost for the license to join VolPrint is $725 per printer. This is a lifetime purchase and will transfer when printers are upgraded. The cost per image to print is $0.02 per image. Departments are reimbursed $0.0185 per every $0.02 images. Reimbursement occurs on a quarterly basis. Licenses for VolPrint (UniPrint) may be purchased from CALA.
