This is a house rule, but on NYC, Demons can in fact procreate. The child will be completely normal (or potentially a Kinfolk if mated with a Garou…and that is NOT a pregnancy I hope to see anytime soon), but may, upon ST discretion, have an affinity for Hedge Magic or even be predisposed to Awakening when it gets older.
