Supreme Court Abolishes Democracy By Lee Duigon We told you again and again, you wouldn’t listen–and now the Supreme Court has abolished your right to own land. If you can’t be secure in your ownership of property, you don’t live in a democracy. There is no such thing as a republic of serfs. Dr. Walter Williams says you have to be a magician to start at the Constitution and arrive at the conclusion reached by five of the nine justices in the Kelo decision. But never mind how illogical and arbitrary that decision is. We’re stuck with it. We can’t undo it, we can’t appeal it, and as long as there are Democrats and RINOs in the Senate, no justices will ever be appointed who will reverse this decision.
