Can Dell provide reports that include software weve purchased from other resellers?
Often, the answer is yes. Software publishers do not share customer data with resellers other than the reseller from which the customer has purchased their software. Resellers do not share customer data with one another, either. But, with your written authorization, Dell can work with publishers to obtain information on software you’ve purchased through other resellers. Reports containing this non-standard information take a little longer to compile than our standard reports. Talk with your Dell Account Manager about your specific reporting needs.
