Yes, but through the use of the PC-Cost program. From within PC-Cost, download the cost from the old form and then upload the cost into the new form. The only validation check made during the upload process is to match on fiscal year and to validate proper authority. If the PC-Cost estimate does not have the same fiscal year as that on the new form, then change the estimates fiscal year in the Project Estimate Setup area and then issue the upload again.
