Can customers track the shipping status of their orders online?
Once we have received your order, a confirmation e-mail will shortly follow providing you with a parcel tracking number and a link to your preferred courier. We suggest that you track your parcel online, however, should you not receive your order within 14 business days or within the maximum delivery time, please e-mail us with the following information: your name, address or ship-to address if different, postal code / zip code, order number, and the courier tracking number we provided you in your confirmation e-mail.
