Can customers see the details of their invoice before approving it?
Customers are notified that their invoice is available on the Internet as soon as the Company that has provided you with the service or product has billed it. As a customer, you will be directed to go to the site to view the invoice and to print it, if you so choose. The website will delineate the details of activity in a customer account for the preceding month. This will include all invoices delivered electronically as well as those mailed out. It will also show all payments made including the electronic payments at the web site, the credit card transactions and all the paper checks converted to electronic transfers paying bills for the account. Any other items requiring billing will be detailed as well. If the invoice is correct, customers need not do anything. The only action required is if a customer takes exception to any item on the invoice. They can then follow the instructions on the site to communicate any objection to the company.
