At WebStore by Amazon, we strive to provide you with a wide array of options for your online store so you can make it your own! We give you the option to allow customers to write product reviews on your WebStore site and leave feedback on any order whether the order was placed on Amazon.com or on your WebStore. You can view customer feedback by clicking on Seller Performance on the Seller Central Reports tab. Amazon has been expertly collecting customer reviews for years. If a merchant is selling a product that Amazon has been collecting feedback on, the WebStore owner will automatically inherit those reviews for their own WebStore.
