Can customers dial 911 on my CBSSYS Clear Voice Service?
Yes, all customers can dial 911 using CBSSYS Clear Voice Service. Confirmation of E911 availability is required before activation of CBSSYS Clear Voice Service. However, E911 capability is not available in some areas. There are key differences between traditional 911 calling and 911 calling on any VoIP service.
