Yes. Activations are working online, through Instant Ship, the 219 stores that carry T-Mobile phones in-store and in our call center. Despite some erroneous media reports, Best Buy is not experiencing any problems with activating T-Mobile lines. Contractual obligations prevent in-store activations in some stores, so in those locations we offer activated T-Mobile phones via our Instant Ship solution. We have worked to ensure that there is product availability in all Best Buy Mobile locations whether they can be sold activated or not.
