This includes products that have been customizedcolor, finish, dimensions, etc.products that were made especially for you by our designers/manufacturers. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Nearly all furniture items are custom items. If you have questions about a particular product, please contact us at customer_service@shopgenes.com.
