Can creditor take money out of my checking account without any notice, if the debt is passed due?

0

The creditor is BofA -business and checking account is also at Bank of America. The debt is past due 150 days The judgement haven’t been held yet and the money out of my checking account took the original creditor, not the collection agency because the debt hasn’t been sold yet to the collector.Creditor said that he wants to collect the money. He said that otherwise he would have to sell the debt to the collector and obviously he didn’t want to do it.
