Yes, there are no known problems installing over the top of an existing installation. You will be given the opportunity to either keep or discard the configuration when upgrading. The existing configuration file will be copied to CPUOff.old. The program will need to be reconfigured after upgrading from version 3.5 or earlier. If a remote computer is controlled you will also need to upgrade the CPUOff Slave program on the remote computer.
