Can courses taken at Washington University through Summer School or University College count toward the major or minor in IAS?
Yes. As with regular semester day courses, these courses must be graded rather than pass/fail or credit/no credit. We allow only one such course per semester or summer, however, and no more than 9 units total from outside the day school are allowed. No additional paperwork is necessary to count these courses toward the major or minor.
