Can contact lists store more information of recipients than just name and email?
Yes. The contact lists can store as many attributes as you want, in any format. For instance, you can set up a contact list which contains customers’ name, gender, email, phone number, zip code, birthday, country, hobby. etc. The more information you collect, the more you can personalize your content for each recipient. Please note, there is no limitation on how many fields one contact list can have, however, you must set up one and only one field whose data type is “Email” for your contact list.
