Yes. Conference guests can use the Strength Fitness Center by purchasing a one-day pass for $5.00. They can also use the Cardio Center, located in the Allen Center on campus by purchasing a one-day pass for $5.00. The reason for the difference is that the conference attendees pay a fee to use the HEC building but not the Allen Center.
