Can CONCRETE-PLUS be used on concrete that is cracked and in a state of disintegration?
Definitely NO. CONCRETE-PLUS is Preventive Maintenance. Its purpose is to protect and extend the life of concrete which is in good repair. If there are hairline cracks, it will help to prevent further breakdown, but it is not a resurfacer. QUESTION: What preparation is required before applying CONCRETE-PLUS?
