Can component attributes from the Festo catologue be assigned to a TEXT or INFO symbol?
TEXT and INFO are text components. These components are not symbols, but their attributes appear in the parts list. However, it you wish to assign component attributes to these text components, you should proceed as follows: A text symbol is grouped with a rectangular symbol to fetch the data for the group from the product catalogue (this is regarded as a symbol). The component attributes are fetched from the product catalogue by clicking onto the button “Transfer from the Product Catalogue” and stored with the symbol. A hint: If the part number is know, then simply enter this, click onto “Load from product catalogue” and the data is immediately obtained for this part number and entered into the parts list.
