Can communism and democracy ever peacefully coexist in two world superpowers?

This is very difficult because capitalism eats socialism and communism. For instance, Sweden and Norway struggle within socialist economic management because their most talented mathematicians, scientists, and doctors are lured to the US through temptation in greed. And socialism does not work without the top level contributors – that is, a skewed population without top level contributors will weigh the system into the muck. On the other hand, most Japanese talent is highly appreciative of their country and quite loyal, and are not typically lured away into US missions. So, only socialist countries that take the best care of their people – such as Japan – can avoid being eaten by the US.

I’m not sure I understand your question. Communism is an economic system. And democracy is a political system. They can coexist together.
