Can CM/ECF accommodate recorded audio files (e.g. WAV files) as part of the case record?

At this point, CM/ECF will accommodate only PDF text files or PDF image files (although a WAV file could be included within a PDF file, this has not been tested and is not, therefore, recommended). The ability to link documents and images to the case docket will address the requirements of the vast majority of cases filed. Once the Version 1 functionality has been addressed in CM/ECF, the project team will evaluate enhancements, such as support for multiple file types.
