Can “Club Licensees” serve non-members?
No. Clubs may serve alcoholic beverages only to members of the club. However, subject to regulations made by the local licensing authorities, a guest of a member may be served an alcoholic beverage after he/she has been introduced by the member as a guest. Should the member at any time leave the premises, the bartender can no longer serve the guest and the guest must also vacate the premises.
