Yes, the Desktop Videoconference service is available to clients who are external to the university. To gain access to the service external clients will need to complete a: • Visitor Details Form (PDF, 43kb); • Authority to Establish/Extend Computing Access Form. (PDF, 1.12mb) Clients will also have to install the Marratech software on the computer to be used for the Desktop Videoconference service. Note: Griffith University is unavailable to assist with the installation of the Marratech software on computers not owned by Griffith University.
