For the account of a minor child under the age of 16, the parent or legal guardian who is a joint owner on the account must authorize access. Online registrations for minors under the age of 16 will not be accepted. You can request a PC Branch registration form be sent to you via e-mail at info@usacu.org. Complete the PC Branch registration form and return it to the credit union by mail or in person. Both the minor account holder and parent or legal guardian must sign the form, or the parent or legal guardian must sign the minor child’s name in addition to their own. A confirmation letter will be mailed to the address of record with the information on how to access the minors account.
