L44 Rejuvenation should NOT be used in children, youth or teenagers as there is no requirement for elevation of HGH levels in those population groups, nor would a Secretagogue be of any Value in an individual with pituitary dwarfism as the pituitary is unable to produce HGH in those individuals.
