I would like to make a couple of suggestions concerning the emergency care at the vet. 1. Purchase pet insurance. Well worth the money in an emergency. 2. Get a Mexican Chihuahua. Tell the vet it doesn’t speak English and illegally came across the border near El Paso. That should do the trick and we the taxpayers will pick up the tab.
