Can Charter School teachers take PDU classes for salary increase?

It depends on the teacher’s status. Only ProComp participants can earn ProComp incentives. If the teachers are DPS employees assigned to the charter school, and active ProComp participants, then yes they can complete a PDU and receive the incentive. If the teachers are not DPS employees and are not active Procomp participants, they would not be eligible for the PDU Procomp incentive. If the PDU instructor is willing to allow the Charter school employee to participate in the PDU group, the teachers could earn recertification credit.
