Can Charlie St. Cloud the movie measure up to the book?
Can “Charlie St. Cloud” the movie, measure up to Ben Sherwood’s critically acclaimed book “The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud”? According to one Orlando movie watcher the answer was a resounding YES! The young woman was one of the VIP guests who attended the sneak preview of “Charlie St. Cloud”. After seeing the film in its entirety she expressed that she was pleasantly surprised. The trailers didn’t do the film justice said the woman. She stated there were some differences from the book, citing the lack of aging of the characters. Overall, she said she was happy with the movie version, especially the new ending given in the film.
