CAN CHAPERONES OR FRIENDS ATTEND GMUN WITH THE DELEGATES?
• In special cases, chaperones can accompany participants, however, there are no events arranged for them during the conference, nor will DPI be able to assist them with visas or any other travel arrangements. • DPI must be informed of the names and passport numbers of chaperones or other persons, accompanying GMUN delegates or GMUN officials, who are interested in attending the public sessions of the conference. Otherwise they will not have access to the conference.
