Can CFlow read data produced on another manufacturers cytometer?

No. CFlow is designed to only work with data collected on the C6. Howerver, CFlow can export data as FCS 3.0 files which can be compared to data from other manufacturer’s cytometers using 3rd party software programs such as FCS Express and FloJo.
